You have the choice whether or not to receive information from us.

We may contact you freely when and to the extent necessary to perform the services you have requested, obligations under the contract between us, to provide new information directly related to requested services, in response to your inquiries, for the purpose of protecting your interests in relation to the use of our website or services, or based on a legal requirement.
We have the right to send you an email newsletter with website updates, for which you subscribed using your email address.

Art. 11 How You Can Access, Correct or Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right at any time to request from us:

  • Access to your personal data collected during the provision and use of services, including: confirmation whether we process your personal data, what categories they belong to, the purposes of processing, and the recipients to whom the data is disclosed, as well as a copy of your personal data being processed and their source;
  • Correction of information you have provided us, when it becomes inaccurate or outdated, e.g., your email address or any other data;
  • Deletion or blocking of your personal data when the processing does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act or the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
